My aim is to cultivate a culturally sensitive safe space in which you can better understand yourself and address your challenges in daily living. In using a holistic and client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with you as a unique individual with your own unique needs wanting to live a more purposeful, connected, and fulfilling life.

When it comes to long term wellness, I strongly believe that physical and mental health go hand in hand. As a psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher (RYT), I use a variety of mindfulness-based approaches and body-based techniques in my sessions along with elements from CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and somatic experiencing.
